This privacy policy applies to the Morva app for mobile devices that was created by Serhat Üstebay. The service is provided as a Freemium app, offering both free use and optional paid subscriptions.

Information Collection and Use

When you use Morva, particularly when you create an account or subscribe to premium features, we collect information necessary to provide and secure the service. This includes:

• Account information such as your email address.
• Unique device identifiers (Device ID) to manage subscriptions and account security.
• When you are signed in, your plant collection data (such as saved plants and related metadata) may be stored on our servers to enable sync across devices and account recovery.

We do not collect or store your device's IP address, precise location, or browsing history within the Application.

Payment Data

If you purchase a subscription, all payment transactions are processed securely by Apple (App Store). Morva does not collect or store your credit card details.

AI Analysis

The Application uses Anthropic's Claude API to analyze plant photos. Images are securely transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic may retain submitted data in accordance with their privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy. Photos are not stored on external servers by Morva.

Third Party Access

We utilize third-party services to monitor app performance and manage subscriptions:

• Google Analytics for Firebase
• Firebase Crashlytics
• Amplitude
• RevenueCat (Subscription management)

Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data as long as you use the Application. You have the right to request the deletion of your account and personal data via app settings or by contacting us at morvapp@gmail.com.

Children

The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. If your child has provided personal information, please contact us so we can take necessary actions.

Security

We provide electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information. However, no security system is impenetrable.
